The successful applicant will have a post secondary education in Social Work or other relevant discipline and/or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of two years clinical experience with working specifically in a family centred care model is required.

This space is in the communities we serve. We actively create relationships and partnerships with groups and organizations in the community to provide timely and informative support. With an increasing number of volunteers trained to do group facilitation we are excited to be building this capacity in our community.

Working closely with the team, the Grief and Bereavement Program Lead will identify community needs, promote and deliver programs that support individuals. You will also work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator and our team of over 40 trained volunteers that support the Palliative Care Unit at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre.
