• Due to COVID 19 concerns, we will be offering our hike IN PERSON and as a VIRTUAL HIKE.

What is the Hike for Hospice Palliative Care?

A unique national fundraising event across Canada that brings together organizations working together in hospice palliative care to raise funds and awareness in their community! Hike for Hospice takes place in the first Sunday of May, during National Hospice Palliative Care Week.
