Cathrine joined the Hospice team in January of 2009. With a broad range of experience in non-profit management and a strong commitment to quality end of life care, Cathrine is focused on building a strong team of volunteers and staff to meet the needs of compassionate care for the families of Colchester East-Hants.

Ruth comes to the Hospice with a wealth of experience in Recreation and Volunteer management and a passion for hospice-palliative care. Stay tuned for a full bio.

Dianne has always been drawn to volunteerism and the good work done by non-profit organizations and finds her life has been full of wonderful opportunities, and good people. Having lost her best friend to breast cancer several years ago it was volunteering with Canadian Red Cross that kept her going. Working with the Hospice as Office Assistant gives her an opportunity to honor her friend by touching lives as she did.

Serena has happily rejoined the Hospice team in the capacity of Social Worker. She brings to the team her creative approach to meeting client care needs through individual, family, and group counselling as well as educational workshops. She has a strong passion for end of life care issues and assisting our communities to be more aware and compassionate to the needs of those dying and grieving.
